By associating yourself with this Agreement and submitting your data to http://www.panterra.pro/, (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), the User:

• confirms that all specified data is owned by him/her personally;
• confirms and recognizes that he/she has attentively and fully read the Agreement and terms of his/her personal data processing;
• confirms that he/she understood the agreement text and personal data processing terms;
• gives the Website his/her consent for processing of personal data provided within the information, with the purpose of conclusion of this Agreement between the User and the Website, as well as its further fulfilment;
• agrees with the terms of personal data processing without qualifications and limitations.

The User gives consent for processing of his/her personal data, namely, actions envisaged in Clause 1, Part 1, Article 3, Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, of 07/27/2006, and confirms that, giving such consent, he/she acts freely, willingly, and for own benefit. The User’s consent for personal data processing is precise, informed and conscious.

This User’s consent is applied to the following personal data: full name, phone number, e-mail address.

The User provides the Website with the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage within a reporting storage period specified by regulatory documents, but not less than three years after service use termination by the User; improvement (update, change); use; disposal; anonymization, submission at court’s claim, including to the third party in compliance with personal data protection from unauthorized access.
The specified consent remains effective without time limits since data provision and can be withdrawn by you through submission by the User of relevant order in simple written form to a.plakhov@panterra.pro.

The Website is entitled to make amendments in this Agreement. At making amendments, the date of the last update is specified in effective version of the Agreement. New version of the Agreement becomes effective after its publication, unless otherwise envisaged by the new version of the Agreement.
This Agreement and relationship between the User and the Website resulting from the Agreement are the subject of the laws of the Russian Federation.
